Our Story
Summit & Associates launched in 2008 when our founder realized that most operations consultants were making things more complicated, not simpler. Started with a single office and a stubborn belief that companies didn't need another fancy framework — they needed someone to actually listen to their problems. Over 17 years, we've worked with 156 businesses across manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and retail. We've never taken on more clients than we could actually help. We've also never used the word 'synergy.' That's intentional.
